CASA ALMANCIL Surf house Algarve
The Casa Almancil is ideal for a couple looking for seclusion and privacy.
Located just outside the peacefull village of Almancil at 40mn driving from Sagres and 25mn from Lagos, this house is a comfortable 1 bedroom Cottage with full size swimming pool.
The property was originally designed as a guesthouse to a large villa, but is now fully independent. Access via a gate to the villa is possible although this is normally kept locked . Walls surrounding the cottage guarantee privacy.
The property has a living room with TV, leading to kitchenette with washing machine.The shower room has been adapted for wheelchair use and is suitable for disabled people.
The bedroom, with double bed and built in wardrobes has patio doors leading out to the shaded terrace and sunbathing area around the swimming pool (8 x 4 m).
The pool has built-in steps at one corner. There is aswell a Built-in BBQ on the terrace.

THE SURF
Great waves...
Thanks to its unique location on a cape, Sagres enjoys the best of both coasts.
West coast - has swells from the north and southeast. Coast with consistent waves throughout the year and a variety of point breaks, mostly sandy. THE LOCATION
The Algarve
