Send us an e-mail regarding any availability request.
Please give us maximum details:
- Destination required
- Type of package
- Number of persons
- Dates and number of nights
- Accommodation option (shared, double, etc.)
- Any other special request
We can make a custom package to meet your needs (dates, options. etc...)

Booking

Check availability first !
Make a transfer with the requested % of the total of the camp according to destination.
You can pay in 3 different ways:
1. By Credit Card
2. By Bank Transfer
3. Through Western Union


Once the booking payment done, fill in thebooking form here!

Cancellation

For administrative reasons, there will be no refund on reservation fees.
Booking fees paid and not used will remain valid for this same destination during 12 months, if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the start of the camp ! If not the deposit is lost.

If the full payment has been done for the trip, we will refund you as follows:
- 30 days or more before your arrival: 75 % refund
- 29 to 15 days before your arrival: 50 % refund
- 14 to 1 day before your arrival: no refund
