Hudhuranfushi Resort is the best destination in the North Male Atoll for surfing with 7 surfing breaks within 20 minutes travel by dhoni boat.

The MaldivesSouthern Asia, group of atolls in the Indian Ocean, south-southwest of India. An Islamic republic, the Maldives stretch 500 mi (800 km) from north to south in the North Indian Ocean, SW of Sri Lanka. They consist of about 25 atolls made up of some 1200 coral islands, of which 200 are inhabited. No more than a couple of metres above sea level, these tiny atolls are covered by lush tropical vegetation, mailnly coconut trees, and surrounded by shallow lagoons encircled by protective coral reefs, where the swell breaks. Loads of Atolls and reefs, pristine crystal clear water, white sandy beaches and great surfing.
