Booking your trip with Nomad Surfers is 4-step process:
1. Complete the above availability request form for your destination and dates.
2. We will confirm space and ask you to make a down payment to guarantee your reservation (between 15% and 30% of the total package price). Some destinations 100% inadvance.
3. Make your partial payment by credit card or wire transfer
4. We will follow up with an email to confirm receipt of your payment and provide final instructions to book your trip.
Can you not immediately tell me if there is availability?
Most camps do not have "live" availability which means it must be requested by email or phone taking into account the time zone differences. We will nearly always get back to you within 24 hours which gives you time to check for flights!

If you have already made your reservation payment and received our booking instructions, please complete the booking form.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended to attend any of our camps or surf charters. If something ever did happen it wouldn't cost you anything. You can use any travel insurance you wish although we recommend you to buy it with World Nomads Travel Insurance. This Travel Insurance Agency is also partnered with Lonely Planet, so it is cheap and reliable! You can very easily purchase it online by just clicking on the folowing link:
This benefit provides compensation for the amount that the insured has paid for their trip in case of cancelation due to accident, illness, or death of a family member. (up to the policy limit). The insurance covers your airplane tickets and the accommodation booked. Please refer to the link above for more information.

Reservation deposits of 30% of the total or less
For administrative reasons, there will be no refund on reservation fees of 30% of the total or less.
Booking fees paid and not used will remain valid for this same destination during 12 months (for the same package and number of people), if cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to the start of the camp ! If not the deposit is lost.
If early departure for injury or different reasons, the client will have to pay for the services used and number of nights directly at destination. The deposit paid to Nomadsurfers as reservation fee, cannot be used to pay the services and accomodation used.
The manager of each destination might ask you to pay the remaining full amount, just the days used, or something in between depending on their terms and conditions.
Booking Modifications (dates, type of accommodation etc) will have a 50 EUR handling fee.
To avoid any of these inconvenients, we strongly suggest that you subscribe a Cancelation Insurance (see above in this page)
If the full payment has been made for the trip, ask us for the cancelation policy for this particular destination.
