Surfcamps & Surfaris
Which one should I choose ?
What's the difference between a Surfcamp and a Surfari?
Surfaris & Boat Trips
Surfaris & Boat Trips are guided tours and do not include surf lessons. A local experienced guide will take you to the beach with the best conditions of the day and surf with you, but he does not give an actual course. Surfaris are ideal for surfers with a good/intermediate or advanced surfing level who want to discover new surfing spots. Instead of driving around blindfolded in a car looking for good waves, wasting your time and money without finding them, join a surfaris to benefit from our local knowledge and surf the best available waves !
Surfcamps
Surfcamps include an actual surf course. They are better for complete beginners or surfers who want to improve their surfing. At Surfcamps, you will learn to surf on ideal surfboards for beginners (usually Malibu and longboards with a lot of flotation). Lessons are held on the beach, but depending on surf and weather conditions the instructors will choose the most appropriate surf break, many beaches. The surf courses might change depending on which surf school and instructor. Coaches have Surfing Instructor Certificate as well Life Guard Certificate, are good local surfers with a profound knowledge of the beaches and waves, and speak several languages: English, French, Spanish, etc. The classes have an average of 8 students so that we can guarantee the necessary individual attention to each participant. You will learn to surf in a cool and safe way.
